A Note From Our Founder
My name is Luke Perlyn, and I founded B-ALL-IN in late 2022 because I wanted to help make a difference in the lives of young people in my community. I am an avid sports fan and athlete, and believe that playing sports can both improve our health and help instill valuable life lessons such as commitment, teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership, and a will to win. I know that unfortunately many children in my community, and across the country and world, do not have access to organized sports programs and sports education. My mission with B-ALL-IN is to help ensure underprivileged children have better access to organized sports programs, and the necessary equipment, to help them reach their full potential, and develop skills to “be all in” as an athlete and an individual.
A Note From Our Mid-Atlantic President
I’m Jake Finkel, a sophomore at Whitman High School, and I’m passionate about expanding access to sports for young people in the DMV area. Having experienced firsthand how sports teach essential values like commitment, teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership, I want to help others benefit from these same opportunities. That’s why I’ve partnered with Luke Perlyn to expand his vision for B-ALL-IN, an initiative he founded to help underprivileged kids gain access to organized sports programs and necessary equipment. Together, we’re working to reach more children who lack these resources, giving them the chance to experience the powerful impact of sports. Our mission is to empower young athletes to embrace a “be all in” approach to life, both on and off the field.
