A Note From Our Founder

My name is Luke Perlyn, and I founded B-ALL-IN in late 2022 because I wanted to help make a difference in the lives of young people in my community. I am an avid sports fan and athlete, and believe that playing sports can both improve our health and help instill valuable life lessons such as commitment, teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership, and a will to win. I know that unfortunately many children in my community, and across the country and world, do not have access to organized sports programs and sports education. My mission with B-ALL-IN is to help ensure underprivileged children have better access to organized sports programs, and the necessary equipment, to help them reach their full potential, and develop skills to “be all in” as an athlete and an individual.
